Merry Christmas Eve
Merry Christmas Eve everybody!
Am trapped in the A&E department this evening, but I believe the nursing sisters have planned a small party for all those who are here past midnight. At least there's something to look forward to.
Meanwhile, I am seeing many elderly patients - most of whom, I believe, have been dumped in our department for safekeeping so that the rest of their family can have a merry, guilt-free Christmas.

And I hope those evil elderly-dumping people choke on their turkey and pudding, and then they are rushed to the hospital at which point it's full and can't help them because of all the elderly patients. Bah, bah, I say!
