Thanks for the warm welcome! The shoes are happy little Converse All Stars that I bought on my last trip home (I've always wanted a pair of Converse sneakers - one of my mates had a pair of red ones and I coveted them).
budak: I speakee no Germanee. :) That lake is called Alpsee and is located in Schwangau, er, if that's what you're asking me.
