Yay for us! We just spent 2 hours browsing through the local pet store this evening, and upon returning home, we purchased our aquarium, a biOrb, from eBay.

Good luck with the fish! My wife and I bought 5 guppies when we moved in to our flat ... all died in a year. One jumped (found dried and dead outside fish tank one day), some died of disease, and we figure the remainder died of stress after we got our first cat.
Congratulations!
In the last year, we've killed two plants. No aquarium or other living things for us!
Keep them warm!
wahj: I guess you are better suited to keeping furry animals! Unfortunately our rental contract prohibits us from getting furry pets...otherwise we'd have adopted a cat.
