I know I haven't seen you for 10 years.
I know it was a good idea to meet up over lunch and 'catch up on old times'.
But for goodness sakes, if you wanted to sell me something, just tell me and we'll make it a business lunch and next time, I'll leave the baby at home!

Aww. I've been burnt like tht before, and I got stuck in a 2 hour MLM presentation because I was just too nice to say no to a friend. But I haven't been out with her ever since....
jadeite: Yeah...if she'd asked me I would have said yes. It's the fact that she suckered me that made me annoyed.
Good grief. Mind you, that is how tupperware parties work...
