Ah-choo
I spent three days working in the paediatric section of the emergency department, letting kids drool on my hands and sneeze in my face and wipe their snotty noses on my scrubs, and this is the thanks I get???
*dramatic snozzle blowing*
Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm just going to crawl into a dark place and whimper softly to myself.

Unfortunately, you may be like myself who only gets pediatric germs!! My son gives them to be after he picks them up from his schoolmates.. YEAH!!
Take good care of yourself my friend. :)

Stop that whimpering. Depression lowers your immunity. And you need lots of it now!!!! What you need is a large box of kleenex. The multicolour one please.
nurse practitioner: Hooray for us and for snotty nosed kids!
KB: I'll try. I'm supposed to be on overnight duty this weekend and I won't be able to manage it if I'm ill.
life story: Yes ma'am, I mean, sir! *cowers in a corner holding Kleenex Ultra Soft*
Ah, those kids. After 3+ years in the pediatric emerg (and many bottles of manorapid) I no longer catch the bugs from the kids at work. Now I only catch those that my kiddies bring home.
